Embrace your passion!
In my intensive coursework at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, I not only study graphic and UX design, but also all aspects of business administration. I have taken a wide variety of both design classes and business classes, with the intention of obtaining a comprehensive background to prepare me for a successful future in the business and design field. Outside of design, I am an outdoor enthusiast, as I love to hunt, fish, hike, and exercise in my free time.
With hard work and dedication you can do nearly anything that you set your mind to. One of my core values that I strive to uphold I have learned during my time at UWEC, when you put in hard work, the reward is sure to follow.
I believe that I excel in all design-based programs, as I have more than five years of experience with various types of Adobe software. Some of the Adobe programs that I am most comfortable with is Adobe XD, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.
One of my core values that I strive to uphold is a phrase I tell myself day in and day out, whether I’m in the gym, in class, or any other situation, that phrase is “Make that goal your bitch”. I believe having reasonable, yet far-fetched goals is very important to keep yourself striving for greatness. One of my goals is to obtain employment as a UX Designer for a reputable company, which I believe is a very reasonable goal that isn’t too far out of reach. As for my long-term goal, I would like to obtain a management UX position, which I know I can achieve over time with hard work and dedication.
